Consider pre-ordering breakfast for the best selection. The homemade yogurt and unique bread options were good.

Such a cute place! Stuart made my arrival so pleasant. My room, number 2, had a charming bird wallpaper and was super clean. Loved the fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was well-sized. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the bus station. I could smell the breakfast from my room, and it looked amazing, even though I didn't try it. The only hiccup was the noise from the seagulls. They're really chatty in the mornings! Not a dealbreaker, but something to think about if you're a light sleeper.

The Super King Room offered excellent coffee choices and a jar of sweets. The breakfast options were massive with standout fried bread that amazed my taste buds.
Towels could be larger for added comfort, and parking might require a bit of maneuvering to find a spot nearby. Some might find the squawking of seagulls early in the morning a nuisance, but it's the seaside, after all.

A hidden gem in Hunstanton 🌊🏡
Stuart was so warm, like a chommie from back home! The room was super clean with the cutest bird wallpaper, and I loved the fridge with fresh milk. Brekkie smelled divine, even though I didn't have it. Perfect spot near the bus station, and easy walks to the beach. Lekker!
Seagulls wake you early-ag man, they can be noisy!

The double room was clean and came with a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and water. Breakfast options were excellent, with an array of good offerings, including fresh eggs and homemade pastries. The guesthouse's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby cafes.
The early morning seagull noise could be bothersome for light sleepers.
